Jason has an extensive background in alternative debt markets, financial modelling and asset-based underwriting. He has over a decade of experience in originating and structuring private debt and equity instruments in various real estate spheres, specializing in land development, industrial and multi-family asset classes. Prior to this, Jason ran a boutique property development firm focusing on value-add designs in the GTA. His previous work experience includes hedge funds and a development-based role at Harvard University. He has published numerous articles and regularly speaks in his various not-for-profit roles. Jason holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and a Master of Science from Columbia University.

Eric brings a strong academic and professional foundation in economics, finance, and real estate finance, supported by a Real Estate Finance specialization from the University of Guelph. His early experience on construction sites gave him practical insight into real assets, complementing his analytical strengths.

Eric transitioned into finance after graduation, beginning in accounting before advancing to CIBC, where he quickly progressed through client-facing roles to a key position within Business Banking. With a deep interest in real estate and a track record of rapid growth in financial services, Eric is recognized for his disciplined approach, strong client focus, and commitment to delivering thoughtful financing solutions.

Eitan’s professional journey has been one of accelerated growth, and includes public accounting experience across a variety of industries such as technology, retail and real estate. Transitioning into management, Eitan quickly established a reputation for leading cross-functional teams and achieving impactful results for his clients.

After achieving his Master’s degree from the University of Toronto, Alex brings several years of experience with project management and communications strategy from various industries. At Oculus Wealth Management, Alex serves as a liaison for investors, managing portfolio inquiries, as well as oversees banking and daily operations.
